I specialize in somatic therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address depression, anxiety, trauma, and the impact of childhood adversity. I am passionate about working with those who struggle as adults due to negative childhood experiences, ADHD, and parents or soon to be parents. My goal is to support you along your healing journey. I believe you are the expert in your life and my role is to provide a non-judgmental safe space for you to discover your inner strength, process, heal, grow, and learn new tools to live the life you envision. We will work together to address the challenges affecting your daily life, build insight for new perspectives, and will challenge negative thoughts and behaviors that may be interfering with your growth.
