I’m a Bengali New Yorker, originally from the Bronx, and I’ve had the privilege of supporting BIPOC communities over the years—working with adults, families, and children who have faced trauma, grief, substance use, housing instability, and mood challenges. I’ve gained experience working in nonprofit, government, and clinical settings, which has shaped my approach to supporting others.
