I'm licensed in NY, CT & FL, and am in network with some insurances through Headway: Aetna, Cigna, Carelon (not CBP or NYSHIP), Quest, UHC, Anthem BCBS & Anthem EAP Bank of America. My ideal client is someone who is trying to figure out who they are and how they want to show up more fully. Someone willing to do the work and looking for some assistance or direction. I see therapy as a way of facilitating connection and growth. Therapy with me isn't meant to be indefinite.
