Finding the right therapist for yourself or your child can feel overwhelming, especially when life feels heavy or uncertain. I offer a supportive space for children (4 and older), preteens, teens, and adults to engage in exploration and emotional processing. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and developmentally informed, honoring each client’s unique pace and needs. It is a privilege to help clients express, process, and heal through the therapeutic relationship.
