About
Born and raised in the Bronx with Jamaican and Cherokee Indian heritage, I bring a unique perspective shaped by culture and community. Before therapy, I worked in college admissions at Lehman and various other roles that taught me to connect with people from all walks of life. Those experiences, plus my own hardships, deepened the empathy I bring to every session. "Do it scared" guides everything I do. Whether you're starting therapy for the first time or exploring something new within it, fear is normal. It doesn't mean stop - it means you're approaching something important.
