My ideal clients are adults and young adults seeking relief from anxiety, depression, or burnout. They may be stuck in patterns of people pleasing, overthinking, or emotional suppression, and struggle with self doubt or a chronic sense of not being "enough". They want to feel more connected to themselves and others, while feeling in control of their emotions and goal attainment. Their goals include learning how to manage emotions effectively, improving relationships, and moving through life with more clarity and self compassion.
