I am a Master’s degree prepared Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with experience in the areas of psychiatry, renal disease, long term care and child welfare. Beyond my clinical role as a therapist, I have a passion for promoting the safety, stability and wellbeing of people, which helps me approach mental health holistically. I have experience with CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe we are all resilient and have innate abilities to heal and thrive by discovering triggers/traumas, building on strengths and developing healthy coping skills to find balance and lead healthy lives.
