I approach the work of psychotherapy as an exploration with each client, collaboratively unearthing that which was previously unknowable or unsayable. Through this process, my clients are able to find strength and grounding, and heal. I use a psychodynamic and relational approach to help clients find movement in places where they feel stuck. My approach engages with the impact of systemic oppression and intergenerational trauma. My practice is also queer and trans affirming. I am available to work with adults, adolescents, and couples.
