Hi, I’m Sidnea, and I help people overcome anxiety, improve their relationships, and boost their self-confidence. My approach to therapy is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and focuses on using small, achievable steps to promote lasting change in your life. As your counselor, I strive to equip you with the tools and strategies necessary to achie your goals. Together, we can explore areas for growth, build on your strengths, and develop new solutions to the challenges you may be facing. I love working with individuals who are open to change and want to better themselves. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, trauma, relationships, and anxiety. As a queer therapist, I have a passion for serving LGBTQIA+ clients. I am sex, kink, and poly-affirming. I work with adults and teens ages 16 and up.
