My primary focus is working with adults, teens, couples, and veterans that struggle with, but not limited to, trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship/family issues. It is my experience that clients know themselves better than anyone else and that there is no single approach that is right for every one individual. That is why I see therapy as a joint venture where our knowledge and skills are combined to create solutions and positive outcomes. I believe that the best therapeutic relationships include trust, respect, authenticity, and shared decision-making. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices, I help clients develop practical coping strategies while fostering personal insight and empowerment. My goal is to support individuals in rediscovering a sense of purpose and fulfillment in their lives while cultivating emotional balance.
