My emphasis is mainly on helping you to reduce your clinical symptoms. However, I also place a major emphasis on helping you build up your overall courage and self-worth, as well as on you gaining appreciation for your personal strengths and resiliency. I love working with anyone who is motivated to work hard, to remain open to being challenged (while certainly being comforted and supported too!), and to face personal truths which can be hard to face. My therapeutic style blends compassion and support with a big "dose" of directive challenging—on a sensitively-timed basis. I look forward to working with you if you reach out!
