Hi! My name is Sidney, and I am an Expressive Arts Therapist. My passion is working creatively with children and adults to cope with life’s changes and build fundamental skills. I specialize in neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+, parenting stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I received BAs in Theatre and Psychology from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA and my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. I have over 10 years of experience working with children and families and almost 7 years of experience utilizing expressive arts therapy.
