Hello, I’m Sidney Vernon, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Jacksonville, Florida, and licensed to provide therapy to clients in both Florida and Oregon. Today’s world presents many unique challenges for children, teens, and young adults—challenges that can feel overwhelming or unfamiliar for parents and caregivers. If you’re feeling unsure about how to support your child or where to start, you’re not alone, and I’m here to help. I am now accepting new clients for 2026. I offer late afternoon and evening appointments. I provide in-person therapy at my Jacksonville, FL office and offer virtual/online therapy for clients residing anywhere in Florida or Oregon. I have experience supporting youth with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, oppositional or disruptive behaviors, low self-esteem, self-harming behaviors, and trauma.
