As a Professional Counselor with over a decade of clinical practice, I serve as both collaborative editor and engaged reader in the stories my clients bring to our shared work. My work is informed by lived experience: raising three children, growing up on an Idaho ranch, and building integrity-centered mental health businesses, I bring a holistic lens to deconstructing patriarchal, societal, and familial programming that limits human flourishing. My approach draws from evidence-based methodologies—but the essence of our work together transcends technique.
