I help clients by creating a safe, supportive space where they can be honest and feel understood. My specialty is working with adults facing relationship challenges, anxiety, and life transitions. I offer individual therapy that focuses on building self-awareness, healthy coping skills, and stronger boundaries. Through a warm, collaborative approach.
