As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I take a strengths-based approach in helping clients reach personal goals for well-being. Self-care, coping skills, positive communication, social supports, and a belief in the dignity and worth of each person are central to my work. I work with adult clients facing a variety of symptoms and struggles. Adjustment issues, phase of life problems, early adulthood circumstances, work stress, anxiety, mild to moderate depression, pregnancy and new parenthood, and grief related to divorce and loss of relationships are some of my areas of experience.
