Sometimes life is hard, or frustrating, or stressful, and sometimes we are just not in a good place. In these times, having someone (like a therapist!) to hold space for us is so important. I typically work with adolescents and adults and strive to create a warm and friendly environment where you feel heard. I take a collaborative approach and work with you to develop your goals and help you find your most authentic self. I believe everyone has unique qualities and strengths that make them the person they are. Often, we are unaware of all our strengths and our values can get lost in the messiness of life. When we are processing a loss or trauma, or undergoing a life transition, or struggles in our relationships, we can feel disconnected from our sense of self.
