Glad you are taking this first step! I work with patients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, & substance abuse. Symptoms are not one size fits all & your therapy experience shouldn't be either. You deserve therapy that's unique to you & we'll work together to achieve that. I have a passion for providing support to caregivers, having been a caregiver to my mom who had Alzheimer's & being a parent to a child with special needs. I'm intimately familiar with how rewarding, but challenging, it can be. Whether caring for an aging parent, disabled spouse or child, you deserve to have a place of refuge & support!
