I’ll meet you where you are, challenge what’s no longer working, and help you build insight, self-trust, and real change in a space that feels human, grounded, and real. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I’m certified in EMDR and as an ADHD-CCSP, using approaches like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. My style is intuitive and flexible, meeting you where you are so we can work together to create lasting change and reach the goals that matter most to you.
