Hi there! I believe every client brings a unique mix of challenges, strengths, and stories to therapy. I tailor my approach to meet each person’s individual needs, using a person-centered, empathetic, and direct style that draws on experiential therapy and Internal Family Systems (parts work). As a certified Sexologist (ABS), I also support individuals and couples in navigating sexual and relational concerns. I view therapy as a collaborative process that integrates mind, body, and relationships to foster empowerment and lasting growth. I enjoy working with couples and individuals. As a marriage and family therapist, my job is to help you understand your relationship, with yourself and others. I am LGBTQ+ allied, sex positive, kink-friendly and nurturing to all clients. I also help couples navigating open relationships (ENM), polyamory, and non-traditional relationships.
