I am committed to providing you and your loved ones with a safe place to open up and uncover the hidden layers of beliefs, emotions, and events that are deep rooted in the problems that bring you in to see me. I specialize in helping individuals, parents, and families overcome their struggles by expanding upon coping strategies, facilitating harmonious interactions with loved ones, and encouraging self awareness, new perspectives, & pursuits of happiness.
