As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand how scary and overwhelming the state of the world is right now. I hope to provide a safe space where we can address these challenges and find a realistic, healthy way forward. Additionally, I can assess and write letters for individuals who are experiencing gender dysphoria and want to pursue gender affirming care. I also specialize in DBT-I techniques that are immediately applicable, but also use a wide range of other techniques to best fit clients needs. Through processing and coping we will work together to tackle your concerns and try to create long lasting positive change. I talk about real solutions to daily problems and functioning including skills to prepare us for when things inevitably shift day to day. I support clients in identifying goals, building upon strengths/skills they already possess, and learning skills to adapt to life's challenges. I'm eager to help you achieve your personal goals, whatever they may be!
