Hello! I’m Sierra, an associate psychotherapist who believes that healing is possible when we’re met with empathy, curiosity, and respect. I work with kids, teens, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, self-esteem, and more. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or just trying to make sense of things, I’m here to walk with you through it. I use a blend of approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, and Psychodynamic Therapy, but most importantly, I tailor therapy to you. My style is warm, collaborative, and often infused with lightness or humor. I create space for you to show up exactly as you are - "weirdness" and quirkiness are welcomed and celebrated!
