I graduated with my MSW and a certificate in trauma from Simmons University. My clinical focus includes trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, self-esteem, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and life transitions. I work with clients ages 4–35 and bring experience supporting children, teens, and families navigating complex trauma. In addition to trauma work, I enjoy working with teens and young adults as they explore identity development, relationship goals, boundary setting, self-esteem, and the challenges of early adulthood.
