Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Sierra Lamunyon and I’m a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist in Orange County. I’ve been working with kids and teens since 2016, and supporting them to become emotionally healthy individuals is my passion. Many people who are in therapy with me struggle with self-regulation, expressing their feelings, and understanding boundaries and rules. I use CBT paired with Art Therapy to help them understand their emotions, express themselves in an appropriate way, and feel more confident in themselves. If your child is struggling in school or with anxiety, I’m here to help. View 4 Photos I work with kids, teens, and adults of various backgrounds, but most often work with those who are neurodiverse, struggling with anxiety, twice exceptional, and/or struggling with expressing themselves and their feelings. I can support through traditional talk therapy or through Art Therapy, which I have found to be especially helpful with kids and teens.
