I firmly believe that true healing begins with our relationship with ourselves and blossoms through connections with others. I recognize that life experiences, relationships, and systemic influences can sometimes lead to feeling like you have a lack of control. I wish to assist you in re-establishing a sense of self-autonomy and agency within your life. I predominantly draw upon trauma informed and relational culturally based interventions. This approach allows me to use a holistic lens to help you deepen your understanding of your emotions and experiences within the broader systems that surround you.
