Life is about connection. We are not meant to suffer alone. Our relationships and attachments are the foundation that provides us hope to move forward from our trauma, anxiety, depression, and stressors of everyday life. We sit with each other in the deep pit we can sometimes find ourselves in. My hope and desire are that I can be the person sitting next to you, while we climb towards healing together. View 4 Photos I am currently an intern at Secure Attachment Initiative and work with a variety of issues including anxiety and depression, sexuality, life transitions, grief and loss, attachment relationships, and family dynamics. I integrate different theories to inform my clinical approach: Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, CBT techniques, and Experiential/Expressive.
