I'm a clinical social worker with a focus on trauma and a commitment to helping people navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, identity shifts, and major life-transitions. Currently trained in the first phase of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I incorporate these tools to help clients safely process and resolve past experiences that impact their present.
