When a child or teen is struggling, it often shows up as anxiety, emotional outbursts, shutdowns, or constant overwhelm—and it can leave the whole family feeling exhausted and unsure what to do next. I work with children, teens, and families who are navigating anxiety, stress, and the effects of difficult or overwhelming experiences. Many of the people I support are doing their best, but still feel stuck, worried, or disconnected and are looking for real, lasting relief and understanding.
