Hi, I'm Sierra! I am a licensed therapist with experience in helping people cope with anxiety, heal from trauma (including Complex PTSD), or simply better navigate life's challenges. Working with a new therapist can sometimes feel daunting, so I get to know each person on a human level with compassion and a bit of humor. I strive to cultivate a space where clients can thoughtfully identify their goals and move toward a life that feels authentic and hopeful. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and regularly incorporate coping skills into sessions.
