I’m a social worker and educator at heart, and I love helping people reconnect with their authentic selves and find peace. My holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy aims to help you make sense of the ways that you interact and respond to yourself and others based on your identities and experiences. You deserve compassion and care while navigating past and present traumas, and I would be honored to walk with you and provide guidance along the way.
