If you are in the beginning stages of reaching out for support or are ready to make changes in your life, my emphasis is always on meeting you where you exactly where are. I have experience working with those who have concerns with depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma and I love working with those with concerns about relationships and attachment. My priority is to focus on your needs and ensuring that you see our sessions as helpful and bring hope for change and growth. It’s important that you feel heard and understood. Our relationship is the foundation for your healing and I take that very seriously. I believe in warmth, acceptance and a solution-focused approach. I have an extensive background in skills coaching such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy and exposure and response prevention, as well as EMDR. Skills coaching helps with an active role in concrete coping methods to gain control of your life and emotions.
