Sierra Sapunar is a CPC-Intern who graduated with her masters degree from Meridian University in Northern California with a concentration in somatic therapy. Sierra is passionate about providing a safe open environment in which to discuss and explore negative thought patterns, painful emotions, and problematic life issues that are hard to resolve on one’s own. Sierra supports people in addressing anxiety, depression, stress, grief/loss, life transitions, relationships issues and transforming difficult and uncomfortable emotions.
