It can be overwhelming when things don't go how we expect. Discomfort, disappointment, and unexpected change can throw us off balance and make it hard to feel like ourselves. I love working with clients who are ready to explore change. I have the most experience helping those with anxiety, trauma, concerns with trust, self-esteem issues, life transitions, dissociation, difficult family relationships, romantic relationship struggles, and LGBTQ+ experiences. I use trauma-informed techniques to look at the context of our lives, and together we can forge a new path forward towards the life you find most fulfilling. I draw from narrative therapy to learn about your story, and I use EMDR to help reprocess your experiences, whether individually or with partners.
