I aim to approach therapy in collaboration with you because you are the expert on your unique experience. Together, we'll work to combine your self-insight with the therapeutic tools necessary to manage difficult thoughts and feelings. I’m here to support you in discovering what matters most to you and identifying ways to continually take committed action in that direction. I understand starting therapy can feel daunting, but you won’t be alone in it! My priority is to create an inviting space where you can freely explore both the challenges and the joys that come up between sessions.
