My work focuses on utilizing a person-centered approach to meet you where you are and help identify your strengths and goals. I believe when you are provided a safe space to process, you can identify and implement the necessary changes that will lead you to a more fulfilled life. My most successful patients are those that have a desire and the motivation to change. I offer in-person sessions in Aurora and virtual therapy across Colorado, including the Greater Denver area. I accept Kaiser Permanente insurance, making care more accessible.
