Welcome to Silfira Women’s Wellness & Life Advancement, a space devoted to supporting women over 50 as they navigate midlife transitions, emotional wellbeing, and aging with dignity. My name is Dr. Susan Santiago-Turner. I am a GenXer, educator, psychotherapist, and entrepreneur with nearly 60 years of combined lived experience and professional expertise dedicated to helping women cultivate clarity and purpose in the second half of life. Over the years, I realized I was already practicing the role of coach by guiding students, walking alongside clients through life’s most difficult moments, and starting a purpose-driven business.
