I personally want to welcome you in taking the first steps to bettering your life and well being! My goal in therapy is to help and assist being the best YOU—whatever that means. Therapy requires you to give and take, and the more you are open and honest about your strengths, as well as your struggles, the more meaningful the process will be. My goal is for you to not only feel a reduction of negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; but to also find the “silver linings”, the little moments of comfort and hope throughout your therapeutic experience!
