While earning my doctorate in child and school psychology at New York University, I had the opportunity to work in hospitals, schools and private practice providing psychotherapy and administering evaluations to children, adolescents and adults. While I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, I have a passion for working with adolescents/teenagers and young adults and guiding them to raise self-awareness, encourage self-esteem and self-love and ultimately make positive changes to become happier individuals. View 4 Photos I specialize in issues including depression, anxiety, anger and impulse control, ADHD, post-traumatic stress, developmental disorders, relationship issues, bereavement and parent training/support. I use an integrative therapy approach of psychodynamic, relational and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I believe it is important to evaluate childhood and interpersonal experiences as well as utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques.
