I help folks dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic health problems, and relationship issues of all kinds. My clients tend to be creative, philosophical, or intellectual people, and often (like myself) were raised in more than one culture. While what brings people to therapy is usually a stressful event or persistent problem, beyond just helping to relieve their suffering in the short term, my hope is that they discover through our work a lasting satisfaction that comes from taking the time to review their lives carefully and understand themselves more deeply.
