Coming to therapy is an act of self-love. Being curious about what makes us feel and act the way we do is the most rewarding endeavor, bringing authenticity, creativity, and choice into our lives. Our self-concept and beliefs about the world were formed in infancy and learned in our primary relationships. Unconsciously, these early experiences guide many of our actions in the present time. I am passionate about exploring with you old patterns that do not serve you anymore. I support you in cultivating conscious life-affirming choices and self-caring responses to the inevitable challenging and painful events of life.
