My clients are those searching for a more meaningful, peaceful, joyous life with purpose, love, and acceptance. Most of us experience events that become roadblocks. My clients find relief, growth, and healing internally when we work together with tenderness and courage to better understand themselves. I am here to help you discover your voice, feel connected, heard, seen, and understood. My approach is strength-based and through an anti-oppressive lens and grounded in social justice. We work together to better understand how systems of power and privilege manifest in individuals' lives, and impact people's ability to heal. I have special interest supporting clients experiencing current or past trauma, medical diagnosis, and challenges of caregiving along with identity development and relationship issues. I am Internal Family System (IFS) level 1 trained, and I utilize integrated style of therapy based on client/person centered, IFS, attachment based and existential therapy.
