I believe you are the expert on your life, possessing deep knowledge of your identity, values, and how they interact as you move through life. Through honest dialogue, mindful reflection, and self-compassion, we can develop tools to help you authentically navigate life’s obstacles. I’ve worked with clients to address anxiety, depression, stress, identity exploration, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. I engage all clients with a culturally affirming, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach.
