I believe that every person has the potential and inner resources to achieve whichever goal they set for themselves. My goal is to meet the client where they are and journey with them to where they dream to be. I strive to instill hope, rebuild self-esteem, restore self-worth, and ultimately repair relationships, whether it is with oneself or with others. Martin Luther King Jr once said, “If you can’t fly, then run; if you can’t run, then walk; if you can’t walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.” I help clients recognize their inner strength and resources, while guiding them toward self-empowerment.
