I know taking the first step towards healing can be hard. I provide holistic, trauma focused and culturally sensitive therapy. I treat children, and adults. Our Child Therapy, incorporates expressive therapy through play and art therapy. This approach has proven beneficial in helping children develop positive behaviors and coping skills. I work with teens and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, domestic violence, women’s issues, life transitions, relationship challenges, and traumatic experiences.
