Loss, uncertainty, and feeling overwhelmed are part of being human. We all experience moments in life that challenge our capacity to cope. Whether you are navigating a life transition, such as a new relationship, aging, new child, or struggling with depression, anxiety, issues around sexuality/gender identity, infertility, loss/grief, medical crisis, my hope is to create a calm, empathic, safe space in which we can explore these issues together. I offer a holistic approach that takes into consideration the interconnectedness of our physical, emotional, and social selves and am committed to helping individuals improve these aspects of well-being, as well as their relationships. I believe strongly in the inherent resilience present within each of us and my intention is to partner with you to facilitate your own awareness, insight, and growth. I use a variety of therapy approaches and a collaborative, relational framework founded in clinical training and with a focus on cultural competence.
