As a psychotherapist and art therapist with over 30 years of experience, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. My practice is client-centered and eclectic, drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques to support growth and healing. With children, I use play and art therapy to help express emotions, build self-esteem, and recover from trauma. My work with adults integrates art therapy, positive psychology, trauma informed therapy and humanistic approaches to foster resilience, creativity, and meaningful relationships.
