Hello, I'm Simone! I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and panic, trauma (PTSD, CPTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorders, paranoia/psychosis, and personality disorders. I offer LGBTQAI+, and neurodivergent affirming care (Autism/ADHD). I've been providing care in Wichita for over 10 years. My responsibility is to create a safe and supportive space where you can examine emotions, process your past and current experiences, release trauma, and develop skills to cope with life’s ups and downs. My current clients describe me as warm, open-minded, validating and a good listener. I work with individuals, ages 18+. I offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I help people learn skills to manage emotions, improve communication, have healthier relationships, change negative thoughts, increase self-esteem, tolerate stress and increase joy. I also specialize in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, offering I-CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention Therapy.
