My passion has always been people—deeply listening to and understanding the person in front of me. I have learned that each person comes to therapy with a unique set of experiences, feelings, strengths, and fears. Therefore, I use a variety of techniques tailored to each person’s specific circumstances. But what is always the same is the safe, non judgmental space that I seek to provide my clients. I value a collaborative approach in which we will explore your fears, anxieties, hopes, and dreams. Together we will identify unhelpful patterns, gain insight, and develop healthier coping strategies to achieve your goals.
