My name is Simone and I have over 14 years of experience working with children, adults, couples, and military veterans. I have a special interest and training in working with POC, Maternal Health including Post Partum Depression and Anxiety, Parenting and Family Conflict, Cultural and/or Career Identity Crisis ex. Individuals struggling with intersecting identities such as faith and sexuality. Please Note: I am not accepting couples' referrals at this time. In my practice, I use a holistic and cognitive behavioral based approach to treat a variety of diagnoses. I empower my clients to find their peace in the midst of chaos. I help them create techniques and enhance coping skills to reduce symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, etc.
